Small heading 2

Numerology plays a significant role in the Tarot, and you can learn a lot during a tarot reading by using it. You may find it advantageous to buy a book about numerology to brush up on numbers' significance. I will show you how to interpret the numbers and how I use them in the Tarot. The more you understand the numbers, the more you will see the pursuit of growth in every endeavor. The numbers in the different aspects show each card's interpretation but always allow for your ideas and interpretation. Also, enable the chance that your interpretation of a card may vary, depending on which tarot deck you are using, because they can differ in their symbolism even if they have the same fundamental principle. Look at your cards one number at a time, aces, twos, threes, etc., as you write down what you perceive each card to mean; also, consider the number that relates to them. In the following passage, I will show examples of adding the numbers to get even more information and “keys” that will explain the dominant energy. As I kept on saying – Nothing happens by coincidence. 2 x 4 = 8 Eight means that there are events, either toward or from our environment. Eight is a karma number, things that become repeated over and over again. It reflects the number four but stronger; added stability, better order, etc. 2 x 8 = 16 = 1 + 6 = 7 Seven means that you have to decide for yourself. Make your choice. It does, however, have something to do with your environment or your horizons. 4 x 7 = 28 = 2 + 8 = 10 = 1 + 0 = 1 The number of sevens indicates decisions that you have to make for yourself. Also, numbers 10 or 1 indicate that something new will come. You will have to learn to make decisions. The following text will offer a quick review of the numbers and act like a little key description. Each tarot card also usually has a name describing it, providing clues and guidance. LESSONS OF THE NUMBERS 1= ACE – START – Commencement The Aces correspond with the number 1, which is the beginning of anything. Aces have a lot to do with raw masculine power and energy that has to be expressed and utilized in some form, creativity, originality, activity, etc. There is no form of substance to that energy. It is simply the beginning of whatever it is that follows. There is always some form of decision or standpoint regarding what direction the energy will take, and it has to be made by one person (one ace/ number one). 2= BALANCE The raw energy of the Ace has shaped itself into a reality and is involved. The feminine Twos often represent peace and friendship, giving and taking, change and balance, understanding, reconciliation, and belonging. 3= GROWTH- Expansion - Impulses Here lie the possibilities that can come from being neutral, impartial, or unbiased. You have the balance from number two, and this, you have the possibilities for growth. Also, things may happen unexpectedly. Communication is important. 4= STABILITY Four is about conscious awareness of what is occurring and taking control of things to ensure that your foundations are solidly built on all four pillars/elements – fire, water, earth, and air. There is an excellent chance to move forward now that you have reasonable control over what is happening. 5= CHANGE Five is about choices, about making a stand and moving ahead. There are many opportunities here for freedom from restriction, convention, and routine. It may also be about a sense of longing. 6= CONSCIOUSNESS Six is about the affinities we have with us from our past; our inner truth, love and compassion, family, social responsibility, and conscious awareness of these things. Merging is an essential aspect of number six. Mostly it has to do with our connections to family and our advanced development through our meetings with other people, travel, education, etc. 7= QUERY – Question Seven is about soul-searching and self-reliance. It’s about looking into yourself, asking questions, listening to your inner voice, and daring to listen to and do what your intuition tells you to; finding new solutions and inner truths. 8=KARMA - Reflections Eight is about cause and effect. What goes around comes around. When it does, you have the chance. It offers you the opportunity to stand firm and appraise or re-examine and reflect upon what role you play in the events surrounding you and how you may be causing or affecting things. 9= COMMUNION – Participation Nine is about feeling and acknowledging the perfection of everything that has happened in the past and accepting what you did and your journey to get to where you are. Nine allows us to see and feel the reward of our labors. You have also increased your capacity for patience and understanding of a thing that may occur on the path to completion. 10= POSSIBILITIES – Prospects Ten is about recognizing your power and capabilities and the further possibilities they offer; Lessons, experience, knowledge, trust, motivation, ambition, and the courage to continue until the goal is achieved.
